Ich werde mir meiner Haltung und den einzelnen K\u00f6rperteilen und Organen bewusst, es bringt Entspannung in die Schultern und in den R\u00fccken, der ganze K\u00f6rper wird ausgerichtet und in die Symmetrie zur\u00fcckgebracht. Man besch\u00e4ftigt sich mit der eigenen Gef\u00fchlswelt und seinem K\u00f6rper und lernt sich kennen und auf sich h\u00f6ren. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!<\/p>\n
